This Nicaragua & Guatemala blend was one of the first coffee profiles developed by Todd at his home during his time at Willow Springs Boys Ranch.

The Willow Springs Blend has notes of traditional baker’s chocolate from Nicaragua along with smooth milk chocolates & floral notes traditionally found in Guatemalan coffee from the Antigua region. This medium to dark post-blended roast has become one of eôté coffee’s most popular offerings and our signiture blend.
