The Cold Brew Revolution

Summer is here but the warm weather doesn't mean it's time to put down the coffee. You may have noticed a new craze known as "cold brew coffee." Cold brew's cousin, iced coffee, has been a staple of coffee shops and homes for years, so what makes cold brew any different? Unlike iced coffee, which is regularly brewed coffee cooled down with ice, cold brew is prepared by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold, filtered water for many hours. It's fairly simple to make but requires a little more patience, we promise it's worth the wait.
